Installation recommendations

  • Substrate must be stable, dry, cured, not frozen, and not excessively hot; use appropriate adhesives for the intended use.
  • Always blend tiles from multiple boxes to achieve a natural color mix and check tone, caliber, and visible defects before installation.
  • Recommended minimum joint: 3 mm (non-rectified), 2 mm (rectified).
  • For running-bond (brick) layouts with rectangular formats, offset no more than 10 cm, with 6 cm offset suggested.
  • Use proper diamond blades and tools for cutting, especially with porcelain; avoid marking the tile surface with graphite or permanent markers on polished, satin, or lapped finishes.
