Do you have any material samples? What are the available sizes?
Yes, we do offer samples. We offer sample sizes up to 8x8 inches.
How quickly can I expect my shipment?
We often keep samples in stock and ship within 3-5 business days via USPS.
Orders other than sample sizes are shipped via the most cost effective carrier.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30-days from delivery date. Damaged inventory is subject to return rejection.
Do you have a restocking fee?
Yes, we charge a 20% restocking fee and return shipment is at the responsibility of the customer.
What if I received damaged products?
Please be available to receive your shipment upon arrival, and ask the delivery driver to wait while you inspect for damage.
If there is any damage, you must reject the shipment for carrier insurance to take effect.
